Acting for a private student housing provider, and working with Cover Storey Architects, we provided advice at the pre-application stage and undertook a detailed public and stakeholder engagement exercise prior to the submission of the application. We also prepared and submitted the application, advised on S106 heads of terms and progressed the application to a successful conclusion at Planning Committee.
